At Teachmindset, we face down everyday fears and always enlighten curious young minds with our exciting workshops to develop mindset thinking for infinite success across the UK.
We help pupils of all ages by facilitating exciting workshops that ignite their passion. We work with a wide range of schools, groups, organisations and projects to deliver creative, educational workshop sessions. We’re passionate experts in developing life skills, self-confidence and resilience in young people and adults of all ages.
Pupils can feel frustrated and lost in today’s world. With so much pressure and an increasingly complex world, they need the right support to understand who they are and what they want out of life.
Our workshops can help pupils find their true potential whilst learning some valuable life skills along the way.
Growth Mindset: Making It Real
Our workshops for primary schools have at their heart Carol Dweck’s research on growth mindset. Children will learn why their brain changes with effort and how everyone can benefit from learning from mistakes. In a fun workshop, we cover the importance of effort and acting on feedback to improve our work.
We also use drama sessions to involve pupils in a parents assembly. Parents will learn how to help their children have a growth mindset and change their messages and their children through their language.
Thriving Young Leaders Programme
Helping you with your education recovery is our top priority.
Our transition workshops for schools are the perfect way to help young people prepare for life beyond primary school. Our primary school transition workshops aim to prepare pupils for secondary school life challenges through collaborative leadership, team building, and communication exercises.
Our interactive workshops help pupils develop skills for leadership and create strong relationships with their peers and adults. You can be sure that your children will gain insights and develop strategies to help them feel confident and transition successfully into secondary education.

Pupil Peer Mentoring Training
Pupils who participate in peer mentoring can develop critical skills such as communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
These are useful in the workplace, and pupils generally feel more confident in themselves, helping them with their attainment and the young person they are mentoring.
We provide all the support and training your school needs to get a successful peer mentoring programme up and running. We help your pupils get their attainment up.
Our participative workshops include:
- Mindset: Unleashing our potential
